I ordered this book after seeing a recommendation from the people who do Cooks Illustrated magazine saying this is one of their favorite references on bread. Having a lot of respect for the magazine, I thought I would seek this out. I have not been disappointed. The 2 recipes I've made have turned out great and as a matter of fact I'm making my 3rd recipe, Onion/olive/mint bread as I type this. Many of the recipes look like things I would try and they are not overly complex.
