Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2009 im Fachbereich Ingenieurwissenschaften - Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Note: 1,7, Fachhochschule Hof, Veranstaltung: Consulting und Revisionswesen, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Vor dem Hintergrund der weltweiten Wirtschaftskrise werden Stimmen, welche eine sch�rfe Corporate Governance fordern, immer lauter. Eine k�rzlich von der Gesellschaft f�r Wirtschaftskommunikation ver�ffentlichte Umfrage unter 323 Wirtschaftsjournalisten belegte, das dieses Thema auch im Jahr 2008 zu den drei wichtigsten Wirtschaftsthemen z�hlte. Nur die Subprime-Krise und die Corporate Social Responsibility wurden von den Journalisten als wichtiger eingestuft. Sp�testens seit den 1990er Jahren werden weltweit Standards einer Corporate Governance zur Verbesserung von Unterhmensf�hrung- und �berwachung diskutiert. Die deutschen Unternehmensskandale Flowtex, Balsam sowie letztlich die Unternehmenskrise der Holzmann AG haben gravierende Defizite im deutschen Corporate-Governance-System aufgezeigt. Derartige Schieflagen bedeutender Unternehmen sowie die Globalisierung der Kapital- und Finanzm�rkte regte die Diskussion �ber effiziente Formen der Leitung und �berwachung b�rsennotierter Gesellschaften an. Die Akzeptanz des Deutschen Corporate Governance Kodex unter deutschen b�rsennotier-ten Gesellschaften soll Hauptinhalt dieser Arbeit sein und schlussendlich ein kurzes Fazit �ber Corporate Governance in der weltweiten Finanzkrise darstellen.
