Become a Kitchen Expert!
If you love food, and love learning more about it, get this book! Obviously it is not comprehensive, but many tips for preparing, displaying, and storing food are given, plus ways to do so more expediently. Very enjoyable to read bit by bit and helps to encourage one to try new foods (if you actually need encouraging!) Once you read about it, you'll have the know-how to get in the kitchen and create something new!
