Byron Ayanoglu is a writer of many hues. Memoirist, travel columnist, cookbook author, film-scenarist, playwright, restaurant reviewer, novelist. He has published the perennial best-selling Thai cookbook Simply Thai Cooking (Random House, 1995; reissued by Robert Rose, 1996 and re-released three times).
