What an awesome book. It is very well written and presented, not one of those boring nutrition books. This one has so many good health tips and proposes good eating habits in a practical manner.
A must read for anyone interested in eating right and staying healthy.

Worthy Information
This book had tremendously informative information and easy to follow. I would recommend it, because it deals with "regular" foods.
Thanks Gillian

Last Diet Book You'll Need
I bought this book along with the "Your Are What You Eat Cookbook" and these are the only two books I'll need to buy to get and stay healthy. This books gives great details on how the foods that we eat every day are made up with chemicals, sodium, and sugar (most foods that we eat) and how they effect our health, skin, insides, and different illnesses that they can cause. Then continues to tell us how we can change these effects with different fruits, vegies, legumes, grains, to change the unwanted effects. A week schedule is included with recipes, find out what your tounge says about you and your health. This is a life style change, not a diet. You don't count carbs, points, calories, or weigh your food. This book is jam packed with information from head to toe. Very easy to understand and follow. Very well laid out so that you can relate to the subjects and understand what you are reading. You don't need a PHD to follow and know that what is being said makes sense. I would highly recommend this book and the cookbook that goes along with it but is sold seperately.
