Movie Review: Bambi II
When the movie Bambi was trashed a few years ago for content perhaps too harsh for small children, I was flabbergasted! As a first-year baby boomer, I remember the movie as a real treat that dealt with real-life emotions. Bambi II is an excellent answer to the criticism of its predecessor, dealing with the difficult task of a single parent and the unstoppable love of a father for his motherless child. And, of course, the Bambi II Disney-world forest is alive and well and rich with our friend, nature.
