This is a fantastic book. So much information that we didn't know about cholesterol.
I've bought this book for family and friends so that they can gain important knowledge about their health and to question what their doctor says. I brought mine with me to the doctor's office and he was able to run the tests that are suggested. Found out I was low in B 12 and Folic acid. Now I know what to do to help with my health! Best book ever and should be on everyone's bedside table.
