This is a beautiful book, one that belongs on the coffee table as well as in the kitchen (with protection!). The color photos are numerous, with several pull-outs, and the recipies are authentic and easy to follow - and delicious! I've been cooking Indian food for about 30 years and have a pretty good collection of Indian cookbooks. This is a book I will treasure.
