Bachelorarbeit aus dem Jahr 2015 im Fachbereich BWL - Wirtschaftspolitik, Note: 1,0, Fachhochschule Bonn-Rhein-Sieg in Sankt Augustin, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Diese Bachelorarbeit stellt die Einf�hrung des gesetzlichen Mindestlohns in Deutschland dar, ordnet den Mindestlohn in theoretische Modelle ein und zeigt die empirische Evidenz von Mindestlohnstudien auf. Der Autor beschreibt zun�chst verschiedene Mindestlohnarten und die Situation in Deutschland vor der Einf�hrung des gesetzlichen Mindestlohns. Im Anschluss folgt die Darstellung der mehrj�hrigen politischen Diskussion, die mit der Einf�hrung des Mindestlohns durch das Mindestlohngesetz endet, welches detailliert vorgestellt wird. Anschlie�end wird der deutsche Mindestlohn mit den geltenden Mindestl�hnen in Europa verglichen. Zur Wirkungsweise von Mindestl�hnen werden verschiedene theoretische Modelle aufgezeigt und empirische Evaluationsstudien von Mindestl�hnen gegen�bergestellt. Darauf folgend werden die prognostizierten Besch�ftigungswirkungen des deutschen Mindestlohns und die bisherigen tats�chlichen Auswirkungen beschrieben und eine Bewertung des Mindestlohns aus Sicht der Arbeitnehmergewerkschaften und der Arbeitgeberverb�nde vorgenommen, bevor die wesentlichen Kernaussagen in der Zusammenfassung dargestellt werden.
