Oftmals ist in der Praxis zu beobachten, dass beide Seiten Gutes f�r Mitarbeiter und Organisation tun wollen; aber keiner die Ma�nahmen tats�chlich auf einander abgestimmt hat. Ziel dieser Masterarbeit soll es deshalb sein, deduktiv zu �berpr�fen, ob das "Talentmanagement" ein Baustein auf dem Weg zur Lernenden Organisation sein kann. Der Autor betrachtet neben den Merkmalen einer Lernenden Organisation die Entstehung einer solchen. Im Mittelpunkt des Kapitels 2.2 steht der Ansatz von Peter M. Senge. Im Folgenden wird das Talentmanagement, als typische Aufgabe der Personalentwicklung, theoretisch beleuchtet: Im Kapitel 3 wird deshalb ein �berblick �ber den derzeitigen wissenschaftlichen Stand in Form von Hintergr�nden, Definitionen, Vorgehensweisen und Merkmalen des Talentmanagements gegeben, um eine gemeinsame Basis zu schaffen. Im Hauptteil (Kapitel 4) soll dann untersucht werden, wie das Talentmanagement strukturiert sein muss, damit es die M�glichkeit bietet, eine Organisation dahingehend zu beeinflussen, dass sich eine Lernende Organisation entwickelt. Im Idealfall unterst�tzt ein integratives Talentmanagement die Entwicklung der Organisation in Richtung Lernende Organisation. Durch Ableitung von Schnittmengen beider Entwicklungsma�nahmen sollen Gemeinsamkeiten eruiert und diskutiert werden. Im Kapitel 5 werden dann konkrete Ma�nahmen modelliert.
