Da grunds�tzlich kostensenkende Ziele als Ausl�ser f�r die Einf�hrung eines BGM �berwiegen, ist meine Motivation die Zukunftsf�higkeit eines Unternehmens durch Investitionen in seine Humanressourcen, die "weichen Faktoren" unternehmerischen Erfolgs, zu betonen und damit relevante Auswirkungen auf den Koh�renzsinn der Besch�ftigten aufzuzeigen (vgl. BADURA, HEHLMANN 2003: 3). �berlegungen zum Thema Gesundheit wurden lange Zeit von der Medizin dominiert und von der Pathogenese abgeleitet. Antonovskys Modell der Salutogenese ordnet Menschen einem Kontinuum "gesund - krank" zu. Auch soziale Systeme und Organisationen lassen sich diesem Kontinuum zuordnen, wenn deren Mitglieder zahlreiche Symptome (Fehlzeiten, Burnout, innere K�ndigung etc.) aufweisen. Als Ursachen sind schlecht konzipierte soziale Systeme und inkompetente F�hrung auslotbar (vgl. BADURA, HEHLMANN 2003: 9). Zentraler Bestandteil von Antonovskys Modell der Salutogenese ist das Konzept des "Koh�renzsinns", welches mit seinen drei Komponenten Verstehbarkeit (comprehensibility), Handhabbarkeit (managebility) und Sinnhaftigkeit (meaning-fulness) eine Grundorientierung ausdr�ckt (vgl. WALLER 2000: 22). Bei seiner Auslegung von Gesundheitsf�rderung werden kontext- und verh�ltnisbezogene Faktoren ber�cksichtigt, selbstverantwortliche Beteiligung sowie Dialog und Interaktion zwischen Laien und Professionellen hervorgehoben. Antonovsky unterstreicht damit den ganzheitlichen Ansatz der WHO. Vor diesem Hintergrund wird bestimmten Zusammenh�ngen und Wechselwirkungen mehr Bedeutung beigemessen. (vgl.
