Das abschlie�ende Fazit nimmt nochmals wertend Bezug auf die M�glichkeit der Geldanlage mit Crowdlending beziehungsweise die eventuell drohende Konkurrenz f�r das klassische Bankdarlehen. Als Letztes folgt ein Ausblick auf die m�gliche Entwicklung von Crowdlending in der Zukunft. Zwischen den drei Begriffen Crowdlending, Crowdfunding und Crowdinvesting herrscht gro�e Verwechslungsgefahr. Crowdlending definiert sich als Vergabe eines Kredites aus den Mitteln der Crowd an einen Kreditnehmer. F�r das bereitgestellte Geld erhalten die Anleger der Crowd einen festgelegten Zinssatz. Crowdfunding hingegen wird oftmals in Verbindung mit Spenden gebracht. Die sogenannten "Backer" stellen ihr Geld einer Person oder einem Unternehmen zur Verf�gung und erhalten daf�r entweder keine oder eine nicht monet�re Gegenleistung. Beim Crowdinvesting erhalten die Anleger bei einer Investition Anteile am Eigenkapital, Anteile am Fremdkapital oder eine hybride Unternehmensbeteiligung. In den meisten F�llen wird jedoch eine Eigenkapitalbeteiligung simuliert.
