Pioneer, farmer, settler of Lehi, Utah 1858-1865 and later in Toquerville, Utah 1865-1910 7. Served six months in the Utah Territory Penitentiary and for "unlawful cohabitation" (plural marriage) 1887-1888 8. Died in 1910 at the age of 90 years and buried in Toquerville, Utah
