Great Book
This book teaches you how to become a more grounded person by living more in the present rather than the past and future.

Another of Several Copies
This is perhaps the most important book I have EVER read! I have been an avid reader and seeker for 40 years. This hardcover copy arrived in excellent condition, and is intended to be a gift. I pick this book up when too many other people reach for their tranquilizers. It got me through the profound anxiety of forced early retirement in June 2013. I discern that it embodies the deepest and most mystical teachings of Mahamudra in Tibetan Buddhism and the meaning of a pseudo-Gnostic Christian Gospel such as Thomas, without saying so explicitly. Thus, it is about lived, realizable experience, not mere belief. There is no religious jargon. The book actually alters one's consciousness to become aware of Being while one reads it. It is not only a work of genius, it is a 'transmission' of Mind to mind!

Awareness
This book made me aware of my existence. I am feel free from stress, worry about the past the present and the future. I recommend this book to anyone who wants a better life. To feel free from blame, guilt and shame. To know the powers within when you surrender and take responsibility for self, thoughts, and actions. It gives a deeper sense of what is real and what is not. I felt a joy that did not come from things - people, or materials. I am enjoying a different rhythm noticing nature - trees, animals - living things that gives energy to be one with life.
