Este libro es una gran herramienta para encontrar la paz y manifestar todo el bien en nuestras vidas. El autor nos explica y sirve de guia detalladamente sobre le poder de nuestros pensamientos. Al observar nuestras vidas y darnos cuenta que el mundo que nos rodea es el resultado de nuestros previos pensamientos y forma de vivir y entender que estamos co-creando nuestras vidas de acuerdo a nuestros pensamientos y acciones actuales.
Nos libera saber que no somos victimas de situaciones o personas pues podemos observar y transformar nuestros pensamientos de manera que ocurra el cambio deseado y poder encontrar la felicidad interna. Eckhart dice que vivimos repitiendo el pasado en nuestros pensamientos y sintiendonos culpables o frustrados de lo que hicimos o dejamos de hacer; tambien pensando en el futuro que es incierto y no ha llegado creandonos anxiedad y temor. En este proceso de pensar en el pasao y futuro estamos desperdiciando lo mas precioso que tenemos, que es el Presente.
Hemos vivido pensando que lo que deseamos lo lograremos afuera, cuando siempre es dentro de nosotros que esta y es donde debemos encontrarlo, admitir que viene de un poder Divino y a partir de ahi realizar nuestras metas.
