Really for dummies
"Nutrition for dummies" is not very different from all the other DUMMIES book - very clear and well explained, with good sense of humor. I myself was little disappointed though, I didn't actually read anything new - to be frank I didn't even read it trough. If you are looking for good nutrition book (for beginners) I recommend "UNDERSTANDING NUTRITION"
