Seller's Description:
Fine in Fine dust jacket. 0575031336. Hardcover. 1982. Victor Gollancz. 202 pages. First British Edition. SIGNED with Tony Hillerman's early old style signature.; 202 pages; Signed by Author.
As usual, this story is full of twists, turns, suspicion, a series of deaths by cancer-too many to be mere coincidents, a paid assassin whose favorite method of death is a 22 bullet to the brain, a millionaire who made his money by finding uranium, and of course Sgt. Jim Chee. Chee is being stalked by the assassin because Chee saw him up close, and can identify him. Another good story by Hillerman.
