Sgt Chee is looking for stolen silver jewelry; a person, or persons that 's vandalizing a new windmill on Hopi land, formally Navajo land; a murderer who may be a witch because the palms of the hands, and the soles of the feet are missing from the murdered man; a plane that has crashed in a deserted area on reservation land; a cargo from that airplane worth millions; and three more dead at the crash site who were all shot. Sgt Chee is told to stay away from the crash site, it's DEA and FBI jursidiction, but you know Chee!!
