I originally discovered this text while taking a nutrition class in college. The information contained within the book literally changed my eating habits and I lost 60 pounds. It contains a great nutritional content table so I can track my fiber, vitamin, mineral, and calorie intake with a myraid of foods. I believe this book helped save my life. I recently bought a copy to give to my sister because I wasn't willing to give my copy up! It's the only text book I kept from my college days.
