A trustworthy source, whether manual or book.
The description reads 'A step-by-step manual to eliminating poor sleepThis companion to the bestselling No More Sleepless Nights' so the product would seem to be a manual or companion to a very familiar book. Below it are. presumably. other copies. These are the familiar books with the familiar co-authors. Did Dr. Hauri write a manual to accompany his co-authored bood? Both the book and any accompanying manual are certain to satisfy someone interested in sleep and bothered by sleep problems. You should purchase the book. Then, if you need the help of an accompanying manual, buy it as well. The cost of a sleep disorder can be terrible. I used to train patients in the "sleep hygiene" described in the book and found it worked well with all sorts of patients. After doing this for years, I found I could simply advise many to get the book. They uniformly reported good results.
