My original (but older) copy was destroyed by the 9/11 attack on the World Trade Center. I needed the helpful details because I was beginning a rehab of the family home, and I had no other basic references. It is serving it's purpose quite well.

this is a great book to keep on you shelf to reference. i use it all the time when drafting or working on a construction issue. great graphics and simple explanations.
