Seller's Description:
UsedGood. Hardcover; 7th edition; The American Institute of Architects; surplus libra ry copy with the usual stampings; reference number taped to spine; fading a nd shelf wear to exterior; otherwise in good condition with clean text, fir m binding.
My original (but older) copy was destroyed by the 9/11 attack on the World Trade Center. I needed the helpful details because I was beginning a rehab of the family home, and I had no other basic references. It is serving it's purpose quite well.
