The author examines about 34 of these mid-century modern houses and includes many b&w photos as well as plans for each. Original publisher's black cloth covers with silver spine lettering and a debossed cover depicting signatures of the architects. This is a nice clean, tight and unmarked book with no interior or exterior markings, no previous owner names and no bookplates. The dust jacket has a tiny tear (1/16") at the top on the rear panel, else it is in similarly nice condition with no chips or markings. The dust jacket is now in a protective, removable, acetate cover.; B&W Photographs & Plans; 8vo, 8"-9" tall; 173 pages.
