This is a beautiful book.The recipes are terrific and the illustrations are all original watercoloring. It would make a wonderful gift.

A book with heart
Susan Branch obviously loves Fall, and this book proves it. She packs in anecdotes, quotes and delicious recipes for the fall holidays; Halloween and Thanksgiving. The illustrations are cozy and homey, and include loveable creatures. Even if you don't try out the recipes (the ones I tried are superb), if you love Fall you will thoroughly enjoy this book.

Autumn here I come
No matter if you are in the big city, in a small town in Denmark or on the East coast USA - this is a book to fall in love with the autumn. I got it when it was hot summer here- and I started to long for grey wet autumn days. I find this book the best Susan Branch has done.
