Blind Submission, a pseudo-memoir (or maybe not-so-pseudo) of the assistant, Angel Robinson, to a Devil-Wears-Prada boss, a literary agent, is a dishy insight into the Machavellian world of book publishing. Deborah Ginsburg has written a engaging-paced, funny, and entertaining look at the disorienting life of an assistant to a screeching boss. Anyone who has ever been exploited by an employment situation, and sacrificed relationships, health, and any semblence of work-life balance will empathize with this character. I felt the same heart-pounding stress and exhaustion felt by the protagonist. Very well written and entertaining.

Ho-hum
Maybe I shouldn't review a book I didn't finish, but for what it's worth, I was too bored to bother. The book was well written and the charactors well fleshed out, but the effort would have been better spent on an interesting story.
