To Mr. Coulson and his colleagues at St. Mary's Hospital; to Mr. Haynes Walton, Mr. Harvey, Dr. Tanner, and Mr. Henry Smith, my pages will show that I am in many ways obliged for valuable information; although they cannot show adequately the personal kindness for which I am still their debtor.
