This was a book that I had read when I was about 12 or so and it was one of my favorites. I have never forgotten it and had somehow lost it many many years ago and I decided I wanted to have a copy for old times sake. It's a beautiful story about a white stalion who comes of age and takes over the wild heard he was born into and about a fight he has to have with another stalion to win control and about how he outraces the hearders trying to catch him. It is told from the horses point of view on the order of The Black Stallion. I absolutly love it and think it would be a wonderful story for any child (or child at heart) who loves horses, to read and love as I did.
