Dean Minett has experienced the tourism industry from both sides of the coin, as a hotel manager, consultant, lecturer, and traveller across Australia and overseas. He has worked with or advised casinos, restaurants, hotels, and the travel industry in general for over 23 years, and is currently principal of his own consulting practice.
