Tom Kramlinger draws from his experience as a teacher, parent, businessman, world traveler and life observer. He has a doctor's degree in philosophy and theology from the Aquinas Institute at St. Louis University. He taught philosophy at DePaul University and Siena Heights University. In professional life he is a business education consultant. He is co-author of Figuring Things Out (Addison Wesley, 1982), a standard "how to" book on training needs analysis.
