The book is great for many African Americans who would still love to eat some of our favorite soul food but have to watch our carb intake. The book arrived in good condition and in the estimated time that it was scheduled to arrive.

I have tried several recipes and they turned out great. Easy reading and they help to control my diabetes while iam enjoying things i love to eat.

Wonderful Cook Book
This book was recommended to me by my dietician about ten years ago. I loved my first copy so much I wore it out. Try Tremain's Chicken. It is delicious and easy to make. This book was the first cookbook I had where I realized that food that was good for you could taste good also. Before, I always felt deprived when I cut out frying or butter. Not with this book- these chefs deserve a hand.
