Great Program
I have been very pleased with the revised Hilton Head program. It tells you exactly what to eat, portions and the program is easy to follow since all you eat is whole foods that you can purchase easily at the grocery store.
The first few days I was hungry while my system got rid of the fat and sugar craving, but now I find the amount of food keeps me full. You must follow the exercise recommendations in the book or you won't lose weight after the first few pounds. The combination of foods and exercise makes you feel healthy and energetic.
My only disappointment is the price of the book. When I received my paperback copy, inside the front cover a price of 50 cents was written in pencil for a book I paid $27.00 to receive. There is even a copy on the website that they are asking over $300.00 to send you a small paperback book. No worth that much!
