Great cookbook!
Wonderful cookbook with a lot of old and different recipies that you can't find anymore together with up-to-date ones. Saved a lot of money buying it through Alibris.

Accept no other before this!
I've had a copy of this cookbook for years and have always been very pleased with the help it has given. An amazing range of dishes are provided from many of the world's cuisines. All are done with authenticity and authority. All can be followed by beginner cook: the experienced will be tempted to offer a person flair for a recipe so well described. So strongly recommended that I bought this second copy for my daughter and her husband.

Excellent cookbook
The cookbook contains new and inventive recipes as well as instructions for standard cooking. The Gourmet Cookbook is definity a cookbook for today's cooks.
