Are people encouraged to think like scientists who make decisions based on data? A data-driven culture isn't about the minutia. Rather, it's more about the important stuff, the big picture. On the decisions that really matter, it means taking a disciplined approach by using data that's collected, analyzed and presented effectively so those decisions are more obvious and easier to make.
