The cover and book description leads you to believe that you are buying a book that will teach you how to resolve repetetive strain injuries with Active Release Techniques. Not so; this entire book is basically an advertisement to sell you on why you should want Active Release Therapy. It does not give any information about how to actually perform it on any given injury. They want to you buy their DVD's for that. The only value here is the
book does give you some exercises for some injuries that you should perform after you get the Active Release from some provider.
