Italian cooking for the home kitchen
This is a nice general-purpose Italian American cookbook, with notes about Lidia's childhood and her family's cooking. The biscotti got a rave review. The Italian-American lasagna is wonderful. For the biscotti, the time and temperature recommendations are off - in a new oven that has worked well with other recipes, the biscotti took much longer than the recipe said.
