Great For Discussion
This was used in a Spiritual Leadership class and our discussions were provocative and enlightening, triggered by classmates' individual insights gleaned from the text and applied to real-life situations. I would recommend it to a friend who is open to expanding her or his ideas about what it means to be a meaningful leader and who is interested in bringing out the best in each of the people in an organization, whether corporate or intimate and everywhere in between.
