Seller created a shipping label, but never actually shipped the textbook. Reached out to inquire about the status and seller never responded. Had to request a refund after 20 days. If you are ordering textbooks for a class- be forewarned!

I sent the textbook to the wrong address and then it was returned to the seller. I reached out multiple times giving the correct address or simply asking for a refund. The seller never got back to me and I have not received the textbook or a refund.
