The tracking link for the book we ordered went nowhere and when I tried contacting Owl Books, all I got was a message that they are unavailable until April 30th. The book supposedly shipped on Mar 19th and was expected to arrive by Mar 29th. Disappointing

BEWARE!!! They will screw up your order and keep your money. Customer service non-existent. Giving up on Alibris completely due to this fiasco. DID NOT RECEIVE CORRECT BOOK, NO MONEY BACK. Do not buy from them!

The tracking number they gave me for my order was invalid and the book never arrived, despite my account being charged. The website now states this seller is unavailable. Will not order from Owls Books again.

I take it that things have gone horribly wrong here. Do I reorder the books from another seller, or seriously go on waiting for the ones I ordered from Owls so long ago...?
