I felt that the amount of highlighting, underlining, and copious notes in the margins on nearly every page was pretty excessive for the cost of the item. It also had about 30 post-it flags taped in the book.

I ordered a book and they sent it to California instead of Europe! I know that CA is a state, but not an european state! How is possible to make such a mistake by misreading an overseas shipping address with a domestic one??

I've noticed writing/hightlighting is encouraged in the medical coding field. I didn't know what to expect. To my surprise, there were none! My book loving heart can't bring myself to write in my books and I'm so relieved these are free from it all. TY!

Was listed "Good" but, aside from a small impact crush on the corner of the spine, a very tiny partial dog-ear on the cover, missing CD, and age-yellowing of the plastic which once held the CD, it's what I'd expect brand new. I'm very satisfied.

This seller sent my order ending in: 7586 by DHL ground mail to Bell Gardens CA?.? On Sept3, it is now Sept 21 when might I expect it in the UK?? Other feedback I can?t answer because I don?t have the book??

I never received this book as it was delivered to the WRONG address in a completely different country. (Delivery address is for England; the book was delivered to CALIFORNIA.) I am devastatingly disappointed.
