Described book as having "dinged" corners, but what I received looks its front cover corner was gnawed off by a rodent or it was dragged across the pavement. Even worse, the seller completely ignored my email when I reached out for help.

This was advertised as a 2 volume set. I only received 1 book- the 2nd volume. I would have purchased different copies so I could get both volumes.

I bought this sopranos but this one will not play at all this two episode four will not play. Now I have to go somewhere to get something printed out to return it jump through hoops because y'all send me junk. Y'all are a joke!

Book in worse condition than described. Seller never responded to email. I returned the book per Alibris' instructions (having to pay for return postage), yet the seller never refunded me! This was a complete waste of my time and money. Total Failure.

I would not recommend you guys to anyone. I've ordered this book twice. First it gets cancelled. Second time around it says it has been shipped however the tracking number never worked ever since it was posted.

Book arrived missing multiple pages. The description of the book did not mention any missing page, the book had been labeled in 'good' condition. I have not heard back from the seller about this issue as of yet.
