This whole series of the Air Bud/buddy puppies is excellent. My son is two and he is always asking to watch these movies. In this baseball themed movie, Andrea takes on baseball with her friend Tammy. I would recommend this movie, as well as any of the others in the series, there is even a new one titled "Space Buddies" due to come out this February from Disney if anyone else follows these movies.
