The judge is opposed by gambling-house proprietress Belle Bonner (Ona Munson), who is a prositute in everything but name. The climax finds Rogers, heroine Terry Grey (Virginia Grey) and the ex-delinquent kids (played by members of the Robert Mitchell Boy Choir) capturing Belle's bandit gang.
