Josh Miller (Tom Everett Scott) is a studious and responsible pre-med student entering college as a freshman. His wild, hard-partying roommate, Cooper Frederickson (Mark-Paul Gosselaar), on the other hand, is a spoiled rich kid who never studies and spends his time getting drunk and ogling coeds. This MTV derivative comedy of 1998 tries to imitate 'Animal House' and 'Heathers' pitting overachiever (Tom Everett Scott) with his delinquent trust-fund freeloader roomie (Mark-Paul Gosselaar) to work to achieve straight-A's through a charter loophole entitling passing grades if a room-mate commits suicide. The movie is dumb humor as they scheme to admit a series of equally odd and disaster prone roomies to their scheme which falls flat. Check out cameos of Alyson Hannigan and Linda Cardellini to their heydays.

Great Movie!
This movie is the funniest movie of all time! The stupid things these two get themselfs into are so unbelievable and that is what makes them funny! All of the cast did an excellent job and they couldn't have been cast any better!
