I purchase quite a number of children's picture books as gifts, many of which rhyme. I am often in awe of the abilities of the authors to create rhymes that are truly ingenious. This was a book that I wish I could return. I found the story mundane, and the rhyming uninspiring. Sadly, it was a more costly title so it makes me doubly disappointed. I take pride in the books I give as gifts, and this one doesn't fit the bill for me. I do applaud the message and the author's intent to introduce words, including the addition of a glossary.
