Es posible que en algunas ocasiones hayamos meditado sobre esto con pensamientos como: �no entiendo porque hice eso? �por qu� lo dije? �por qu� tengo estos malos pensamientos? o �por qu� actu� de esa forma? A veces de forma sutil estos pensamientos llegan a nosotros confrontando nuestra realidad, esa que nos muestra que no sabemos qui�nes somos completamente y por qu� actuamos como lo hacemos.�Por qu� vivir conmigo puede ser una pregunta valida? Es precisamente la respuesta que buscamos encontrar en este libro. Alguna vez le� que el matrimonio era una elecci�n diaria a la que podr�amos renunciar en cualquier momento; sin embargo, la elecci�n de vivir con nosotros mismos es inevitable. Por lo que pens�, �s� tuvi�ramos la opci�n de separarnos de nosotros, lo har�amos? Estoy seguro de que esta pregunta puede ser extra�a, pero d�jenme invitarlos a contemplar la posibilidad de pensar que podemos tener esta opci�n y que nos servir� para explorar sobre qui�nes somos y si podemos amarnos profundamente.Cada d�a tomamos la decisi�n de vivir amando lo que somos o evitar de cualquier manera posible encontrarnos con nuestra realidad. Podemos amar el reflejo que nos da el espejo o solo querer proyectar la ilusi�n de lo que deseamos ver, as� esto no concuerde con lo que creemos, pensamos y sentimos. La pandemia de inicios del 2020 (Covid-19) nos enfrent� a la forzosa realidad de aislarnos socialmente para llevarnos a una reflexi�n introspectiva sobre qui�nes �ramos. En las redes sociales, en general, vimos como la mayor�a entrabamos en una especie de leve depresi�n y ansiedad (y en algunos casos muy graves) por tener que mirar hacia adentro -al ser interior-, porque nos encontramos con mucho tiempo libre para pensar lo que sent�amos y no nos gustaba lo que ve�amos.Este no es un libro para sacar la mejor versi�n de nosotros porque tal cosa no existe. Ustedes y yo, somos extraordinarios, solo que cada d�a decidimos tomar el equipaje que creemos que nos toc�, perdiendo la posibilidad de ser aut�nticos y experimentar nuestro potencial. El proceso de auto conocernos nunca ha sido una prioridad en lo que se nos ha ense�ado. Por esta raz�n, aunque es probable que hayamos escuchado algunos conceptos que trataremos en este libro, espero que podamos tener el coraz�n abierto para aprender, no de este libro, sino de nosotros mismos y de nuestro proceso. Convirt�monos en maestros.En este libro nos adentraremos sobre la Consciencia, y como de forma autodidacta nos permitir� acercarnos al auto descubrimiento. Por lo que, lo primero que estudiaremos ser� este concepto y los diferentes estados desde los que podemos vivir. Haremos consciencia sobre qui�nes somos y desde qu� estado de consciencia hemos estado interpretando nuestra realidad.Muchos autores han escrito sobre los diferentes estados de consciencia, sus niveles y su importancia; por lo que intentar� simplificarlo en algunas estrategias que nos ayudar�n a aprender c�mo se puede hacer la transici�n de un estado de consciencia a otro; claro, si lo deseamos. Trabajaremos con base a cuatro estados de consciencia y cada uno de ellos tendr� una estrategia propia para desarrollar. Este libro deja la posibilidad a que cada uno de nosotros decida el estado de consciencia que desea para su proyecto de vida.
