A sensibilidade aos antibi???ticos foi determinada por & A taxa de incid???ncia de CRBSI e a taxa de coloniza??????o do cateter foram de 15,27/1000 dias de cateter e 53,3%, respetivamente, e observou-se uma associa??????o do aumento da incid???ncia de CRBSI com a dura??????o prolongada da cateteriza??????o. Devem ser praticadas t???cnicas de esteriliza??????o m???ximas durante a inser??????o do CVC e, nos cuidados posteriores, deve ser feita uma monitoriza??????o regular do CVC e a necessidade de o continuar a utilizar deve ser avaliada prontamente.
