Das Ziel dieser Studie war es, den prognostischen Wert der C-MYC- und EGFR-�berexpression bei GIST mittels immunhistochemischer Methoden zu analysieren. Wir haben retrospektiv 25 in unserer Abteilung diagnostizierte GIST-F�lle �ber einen Zeitraum von 15 Jahren (2008-2023) gesammelt. Die Expression von EGFR und C-MYC erfolgte mittels immunhistochemischer Methode. Die C-MYC-Immunf�rbung wurde in niedrige und hohe Expressionsniveaus mit einem Schwellenwert von 25 % eingeteilt. Die Intensit�t der Immunf�rbung und der Prozentsatz EGFR-positiver Zellen wurden bewertet und gem�� den Allred-Score-Parametern gruppiert. Als �berexprimiert galten nur F�lle mit einem EGFR-TS-Score >4. Wir haben 25 F�lle eingeschlossen. Das Durchschnittsalter der Patienten betrug 60 Jahre mit einem Verh�ltnis von M�nnern zu Frauen von 1,5. Die C-MYC-Expression wurde in 60 % der F�lle beobachtet, mit erh�hten Werten in 33 % der F�lle.
