Die Entwicklung eines zuverl�ssigen und umweltfreundlichen Verfahrens f�r die Synthese von metallischen Nanopartikeln ist ein wichtiger Schritt auf dem Gebiet der Nanotechnologie. Es wurde ein Versuch zur Biosynthese von Silber-Nanopartikeln aus Trichoderma asperallum unternommen, einem potenziellen einheimischen Biokontrollmittel. F�r die Synthese von Silbernanopartikeln wurde Silbernitrat als Vorl�ufer hinzugef�gt. Die biosynthetisierten Silbernanopartikel wurden mittels UV-Vis-Spektrophotometer, dynamischer Lichtstreuung (DLS), R�ntgenbeugung (XRD), Zeta-Sizer und Transmissionselektronenmikroskop (TEM) charakterisiert. Das UV-Vis-Spektrum des w�ssrigen Mediums, das Silberionen enth�lt, zeigte einen Peak bei einer Wellenl�nge von 420 nm, was der Plasmonenabsorption der Silbernanopartikel entspricht. Die DLS-Studie zeigte, dass die biosynthetisierten Silbernanopartikel eine Gr��e von 27,64 nm mit einem Polydispersit�tsindex (PDI) von 0,409 haben. Dies zeigt, dass die biosynthetisierten Nanopartikel von Natur aus polydispers sind. Die Ladung der Silber-Nanopartikel wurde mit dem Zeta-Sizer bestimmt und ergab einen negativen Potentialwert von -1,34, was auf eine stabile Dispersion hinweist. Die TEM-Studie ergab, dass gut dispergierte Silber-Nanopartikel im Bereich von 9-41 nm mit einer ann�hernd kugelf�rmigen Form entstanden sind.
