Os n�s de sensores nas RSSF s�o de dimens�es reduzidas e disp�em de recursos energ�ticos e de capacidades de processamento limitados. Estes n�s, com limita��es de energia e de recursos de hardware, sem salvaguardas adequadas, podem ser comprometidos por advers�rios. Foram propostos v�rios esquemas de filtragem em rota para filtrar dados falsos em rota. No entanto, quase todos esses esquemas pressup�em um protocolo de encaminhamento subjacente convencional, sem ter em conta o estado de ataque e o comportamento de dissipa��o de energia ao longo do trajeto. Este livro apresenta uma sele��o adaptativa baseada em fuzzy dos n�s de verifica��o interm�dios e dos caminhos de encaminhamento de dados com dissemina��o din�mica da chave de autentica��o para conseguir uma melhor poupan�a de energia. O esquema baseado em regras difusas equilibra potencialmente a carga entre os caminhos de encaminhamento de dados, escolhe o caminho mais adequado para o encaminhamento de dados, gera novas chaves de autentica��o e partilha-as com os n�s de verifica��o interm�dios. A t�cnica de otimiza��o baseada em algoritmos gen�ticos optimiza automaticamente as fun��es de associa��o no sistema difuso.
