Skoliose ist definiert als eine seitliche Kr�mmung der Wirbels�ule von mindestens 10o (zehn Grad), die durch eine einfache R�ntgenuntersuchung festgestellt wird. In der Regel verf�gen Patienten mit Skoliose �ber eine ausreichende Funktionsf�higkeit des Brustkorbs und der Gliedma�en. In F�llen mit sp�ter Diagnose, in denen die Kr�mmung fortschreitet, kann es jedoch aufgrund der Deformierung des Brustkorbs zu kardiopulmonalen Komplikationen kommen. Die Behandlung von Patienten mit Skoliose reicht von der Beobachtung �ber die Verwendung eines Korsetts bis hin zur Operation, und die Prognose h�ngt vom Grad der Verkr�mmung ab. Daher ist eine fr�hzeitige Diagnose von grundlegender Bedeutung, um die Behandlung zu steuern und ein Fortschreiten der Verkr�mmung zu vermeiden. Das Ziel dieser Studie ist es, die Parameter einer gr��eren Interobserver-Korrelation der verschiedenen Variablen der k�rperlichen Untersuchung der idiopathischen Skoliose mit Hilfe einer f�r ein Smartphone entwickelten Anwendung zu �berpr�fen. Unsere Studie wird als Grundlage f�r die k�nftige Validierung der App als wirksames Instrument f�r das Screening der idiopathischen Skoliose dienen.
